Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 7–10 business days and then take 10–20 business days in transit. Most orders arrive 17–30 business days after purchase. Busy holiday periods can add a few days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partners from overseas warehouses, not from a US warehouse. That is why delivery takes longer than domestic shipping.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the items in your cart, and you see the total before you pay.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to update after that. You can also use our order tracking page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 6 hours of placing it. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. After that, the order is already being processed.

My item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. What do I do?

Email hafid10life@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a refund, and you don't need to send the item back.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If there is a problem with your item, see the question above. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved, it is sent to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely in US dollars.

Are your products medical devices?

No. Our massagers, light and comfort products are for relaxation and personal comfort only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or use a pacemaker, ask your doctor before using a massager.
